Hip Hip Hooray!

Happy World Card Making Day!!

And here’s a card to celebrate the day!  I started making this card last night and finished it this morning.  My daughter is on her way to a sleepover for one of her besties and she asked me to make a card for her.  Her friend loves cats.

SUPPLIES Stamps (All Penny Black) Party Bus (4324K); Lulu's Party (30-167) Dies Downtown (PB 51-017); Fabulous Frames (PTI); Inks Copic Markers; Black Onyx Versafine (Tsukineko); Black Dye Ink (Hero Arts); Distress Ink (Ranger) Other: Clear Embossing Powder (American Crafts)

Just love this Party Bus.  The image was stamped and heat embossed then colored with Copics.  I added Glossy Accents to the headlights as well as the side mirrors and colored the frames ofthe headlights and license plate with a gel silver pen.  The image was fussy cut and adhered to the card base w/ dimensional foam.  I thought it would be fun to have the bus be driving against a city background.  I die-cut Downtown in bright blue cardstock and added it to a die cut polaroid frame.  The sentiment is from the clear set Lulu’s Party.

Hope you spent some time being crafty today!
