Birthday Tag

Hello!

I wanted to share something during World Card Making Day but life got a little too busy.  It’s just one day late (who’s counting?) and I’m here to share a tag I made for a birthday present I wrapped up for my daughter’s friend.

SUPPLIES Stamps Bright Wishes (40-297); Good Day (30-241); Salutations (30-014) Color Mediums Black Dye Ink (Hero Arts); Memento Tuxedo Black Dye Ink (Tsukineko); Distress Markers (Ranger); Prismacolor Pencils Dies Pierced Traditional Tag Stax (MFT); Other Wink of Stella Clear Pen (Zig)

I found the easiest way to stamp an image with multiple colors is to use markers.  I used Distress Markers to color each candle of Bright Wishes.  Once completely colored, I lightly sprayed the image a few times and stamped on paper.  Just LOVE this technique.  The kat from the clear set Good Day (30-2410 was colored with Prismacolor Pencils and then fussy cut.  I added a little sparkle to the balloon with a Wink of Stella pen.  The sentiment came from a retired PB clear set Salutations (30-014).

That’s all for now!
